Always a good time! An eventful week with our Chicago Metropolitan Ski Club friends, located this year in the stunning Canadian Rockies and the town of Banff actually within Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The week includes a welcome reception, mountain lunch, mountain tour, race, pub crawl, two après ski parties, a fabulous dinner banquet with music and dancing.  Piccadilly has enjoyed this area, most recently in 2015. Ski Big 3 refers to Mt. Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise. Together they feature 362 runs over 7,748 acres, 27 lifts, 2 gondolas, and an average annual snowfall of 30 feet of powder. The base elevation is a comfortable 5,350 ft. and tops out about 8,950 ft. The longest run is 5 miles.     20%-31%    44%-55%   25%-44%

Choose from 150 restaurants, a food tour, a brewery or spirits tasting, a castle and a chateau. Outdoor adventures include dogsledding, sleigh rides, heli-skiing, ice climbing, ice-skating and snowmobiling. Lake Louise offers tubing, while Mt. Norquay offers both tubing and night skiing. Moose are often spotted near Banff’s famous hot springs where one may stroll or soak.

Piccadilly is staying at the Banff Ptarmigan Inn, one short block from downtown and the ski shuttle stop is next door. Onsite is a pizza and pasta restaurant, also serving breakfast; sauna and steam rooms and 2 indoor hot tubs. Our trip includes airfare, ground transfers, lift tickets and lodging.
